Advertising and Payment Processing
We partner with "RentalSystems"
to provide advertising and payment processing for rental
properties. RentalSystems is a respected brand and provides the
client with guarantees, so making properties more attractive to
rent. Card payments are handled at only 2% commission, less than
alternative means of payment - for example PayPal or in many cases even
a merchant account. Using the RentalSystems web front end, we can
provide a dedicated webpage but can also open up advertising to a
network of affiliated websites and sales portals allowing for a
potentially significant increase in bookings taken for your
property. Depending on the management option taken, we can either
register your property on your behalf as a fully managed arrangement, or
you can register and do the initial set-up, we would simply then offer
services as required to support your business.
