After some 30 visits to the island over the last 8 years and around 4 years forward planning, the partners in the business finally moved to Gran Canaria in early 2009.
As non-resident property owners for the last 4 years they know only too well the difficulty in finding a reliable and trustworthy business to entrust your property to during absences from the island.
Jim, a Royal Naval engineer officer for 19 years and Marcus, an accountant for the past 21 years, have relocated, as permanent residents, to the island and now offer a personalised and reliable range of property management services.
